Chris was excellent - as were all the team at Riviera. I have never had so many people come to me and ask if they could help ... not in a pushy sales sort of way - just checking we were being looked after. When we started to look at a vehicle there was no hard sell either. Such a refreshing approach compared with other independent dealers who provide similar high-end vehicles. Highly recommended and - frankly - a breath of fresh air. Well done to whoever pulled this team together.

We just sold our Grenadier through Motorway to Riviera Automotives. They made the process extremely easy. John was the assessor who travelled down to inspect and take the car. He was super professional, very knowledgeable, clear and thorough. He explained every step in the process and where there were a few marks / chips not on our original comms, he offered a very fair deduction The payment came through within minutes and the entire meeting, inspection and handover took less than an hour start to finish. Would recommend and will definitely use again if selling another car in the same way.

John was an absolute pleasure to deal with.. Very professional, thorough and an all round nice guy.. There were a few additional stone chips on the bonnet which I hadn’t noticed but John was very fair in negotiations on a final price for my car. Once agreed the payment was extremely fast with payment made to my account immediately and prior to John driving away. I Would definitely recommend John and Riviera to anyone looking to sell/buy a new car.

I had John come and appraise my car on behalf of Riviera — what a top guy! We had a laugh from start to finish. He was very thorough and knowledgeable (which did work a bit to my disadvantage, but fair’s fair — he’s got a job to do!). Once the price was agreed, everything was handled swiftly, and payment came through quickly. John even stayed to make sure everything had gone through correctly. All in all, a really good experience with Riviera — professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.
